WEC - "With-Empathy Communication" training
As an engineer communication is key but also difficult for example, as a project come under pressure, communication is usually the first thing that deteriorates.
This training is designed to give experienced engineers a step back on their current communication and a step forward on the way they can improve. And the key to improve is to use empathy.
At EAS_ROBOTICS we have had experience first hand with bad communication and we could see the rift that it creates in a team. As we had to overcome this, we also gained valuable practical knowledge, and almost ten years after our journey started, it's time to give back and share with others what we learned.

- 9:00 welcome participants
- 9:30 theoretical background on communication and how to practice empathy (be aware, no break!)
- 12:00 lunch
- 14:00 communication in practice, example situations, role play
- 18:00 wrap up & debrief
- 20:00 optional dinner
